We do not collect any data if you use the "Skip" option on the email gate. Calculator inputs entered before the email gate are processed in your browser only and are not sent to our servers.
We process your personal data under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) — Consent. You give explicit consent by ticking the checkbox before submitting your details. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7).
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Your data is stored in our CRM system (GoHighLevel), which is hosted in the United States. GoHighLevel maintains appropriate data protection measures including encryption in transit and at rest. By consenting, you acknowledge this transfer outside the UK/EEA under GDPR Article 49(1)(a).
We retain your personal data for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications. If you withdraw consent or request deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days.

Where stored: Account data is stored in Google Firebase (servers in Europe). If you consent to marketing communications, your name and email are also stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel, hosted in the US).
Who can see your data: Other players in your league can see your player name, partner name, and availability. Your email address is not visible to other players.
Match notifications: If you consent, we may send email notifications about match bookings and reminders via our CRM system.
Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing grant@aifusionautomations.com. We will remove your data within 30 days.
Our tools may contain links to external websites (e.g. our main website at aifusionautomations.com). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of our tools after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
