Teams Tab

The Teams tab shows all 6 doubles pairs in your league. Each card shows both players side by side.

Tap a player's photo circle to upload a profile photo. It's stored on your device and shows throughout the app.

New teams can be added with + Add Team, up to 6 teams. Once all teams are added, generate the round-robin fixtures.
💡 The league runs a full round-robin — every team plays every other team once (15 matches total).

Availability Tab

Select your name from the dropdown at the top.

A weekly grid appears. Tap any slot (morning / afternoon / evening) to toggle yourself as available. Green = you're free.

Use ◀ Prev / Next ▶ to navigate between weeks.

The All Players — Next 2 Weeks calendar below updates instantly as you tap. Coloured initials show who's free in each slot.
💡 Your availability is saved to this device. Ask everyone to fill theirs in so the smart scheduler can find match times.

Auto-Match Suggestions

Scroll down in the Availability tab to see Match Suggestions.

The app checks all unplayed fixtures and finds slots where all 4 players are available at the same time.

Each suggestion shows the match and date options. Head to Fixtures to propose or confirm those times.
💡 The more availability everyone fills in, the more suggestions appear. It looks up to 6 weeks ahead.

Every match has a status badge. Use the filter dropdown to view matches by status.

Tap any match to open its detail panel. From there you can propose a time, confirm, or reschedule.

Once a match is played, tap Mark as Played and enter the set scores (e.g. 6-4 6-3 for each team).
💡 A green badge shows how many overlapping availability slots exist for that fixture — great for planning!

League Table & Scoring

1 point per set won + 1 bonus point for playing (awarded to both teams). A 2–0 win = 3pts. A 2–1 win = 3pts. A 1–2 loss = 2pts. A 0–2 loss = 1pt.

Walkovers: winning pair gets 2pts, other gets 0. Submit as League Points 2–0 with 0–0 in sets.

Tiebreaker order: Total points → Set difference (SF–SA) → Game difference. Columns: P played · W/D/L · SF/SA sets for/against · Pts.

League Rules

Format: Best of 3 sets. If sets reach 1–1, play a 10-point championship tiebreak instead of a full third set.

Arranging matches: Propose at least 5 dates to your opponents before you can claim a walkover. Start early — deadline pressure is real!

Rain: If it rains before the match starts, reschedule the whole match. If it rains during play, resume from the exact score when conditions allow.

Promotion: Minimum 3 matches played to qualify. Top finishers are eligible for promotion at the end of the season.

Type your message and tap Send (or press Enter). Your messages appear on the right in blue.

Chat is stored on this device — great for coordinating match times when everyone's using the same shared link.
